Haryana's Chief Electoral Officer Pankaj Agarwal said 2,03,54,350 voters, including 8,821 centurions, are eligible to exercise their franchise and the voting will be held from 7 am to 6 pm.

With nearly 2 crore voters, the election will determine if BJP maintains power or Congress returns after a decade. Voting is set from 7 am to 6 pm.

In 2014, the BJP ended the Congress's decade-long stint under former CM Bhupinder Hooda, riding high on the "Modi wave" after the Lok Sabha polls.

Senior Congress leader and Sirsa MP Kumari Selja met her party's leadership in Delhi on Thursday, the last day of campaigning for the Haryana Assembly election. The meeting came amid reports that she was "upset" over the party's affairs in Haryana.
