Low staffing, long lines and delayed packages — those are some of the reasons why postal workers across the country Tuesday are demanding more from their employer.

Postal workers are warning of what they call 'substandard performance' by the U.S. Postal Service. The American Postal Workers Union is calling for the public’s help in demanding improved staffing, better customer service and more opportunity for public input.
